Highlights from "Journey Of A Young Warrior", Tydal's Ep Launch PT 1

THE evening showers didn't dampen the proceedings at the launch of reggae artiste Tydal's EP entitled Journey of a Young Warrior at Red Bones Blues Café in St Andrew, on Tuesday evening.

Despite a late start, the moderate-sized gathering was treated to offerings from the singjay's growing catalogue of songs as well as performances from the Penthouse stable of acts.

"The seven-track EP is all about consolidating a couple of my new tracks. I haven't been flooding the market with songs, so we decided to do it professionally and the idea for the EP came about. The finished product is good; I just hope the fans will give it a listening ear," said Tydal, whose given name is Navardo Graham.

Journey of a Young Warrior features production work from his management company Master One Productions, Penthouse Records, Europe-based House of Riddims and Sweat Box Productions. It is being distributed by Master One Productions and VPAL Music.

Tracks include Tears like Mine, Street Life, Coward, Draw the Line and Silent Warrior.

Guest performers for the evening included Sophia Squire, Shuga, Dalton Harris, D Major, and Exco Levi.
